About Us We are an Independent Financial Adviser established as a subsidiary of Ware & Kay LLP, one of Yorks oldest firm of solicitors. Legal advice often results in the need for high quality financial advice as an integral part of a structured solution and being in control will ensure that advice can be delivered and charged for in the same transparent way as legal services.
How we work We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and provide "whole of market advice" offering clients an option of paying by fees or choosing for us to be remunerated from commissons paid by product providers. Before carrying out any work we will agree with you the amount and the manner of our remuneration.
